T. R. Durant has always been fond of love stories, but she believed they needed a little touch of spice and a few twists, or a lot. Thus, she intertwines her tales with these elements, combined with humour and a tad of mystery.

 

Growing up amongst books, romance movies and dreams of magic, she started imagining stories when she was five years old. Her pink pen met the surface of the paper for the first time when she was twelve, since she believed dreams were to be written rather than achieved. Little did she know that writing her dreams would lead her to making them come true.

 

Her dream to become an actress gave place to the urge to create characters. She feels them under her skin, as their minds merged in an intricate web of words and emotions.

 

Books that accompanied her from her teenage years shaped her future. The desire to create compelling and realistic characters prompted the author to study psychology.

 

She is now venturing into the publishing world with a couple of fantasy romance series.

 

The young author loves dead poets, a fuelling espresso, and animals. Her sidekick and self-proclaimed co-author is a sassy rabbit.
